Shipping policy

Personalized Gifts cannot be delivered on the same day.

Please allow the correct handling and shipping times. 
The handling time, "unless specified", is 3-4 days after purchase. This is the time it takes to design, manufacture and pack your order. Add the handling times to the shipping times below:

United Arab Emirates:
4-7 business days.

Saudi Arabia:
6-10 business days.

Oman:
4-7 business days.

Bahrain:
4-7 business days.

Our delivery timings are between 10 am to 6 pm. We cannot confirm a specific delivery time, however you can request in the 'Special Instructions' box for a specific time-frame and we will try our best to deliver during that time frame.

We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date and during the delivery timeframe. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to traffic, parking difficulties or delays from previous orders / deliveries. 

Delivery information is given in the respective product page & in the terms & conditions. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to the designated recipient's address.
