Your products will ship within 4 - 6 days of your order, and then take 1 day to reach your doorstep. Each product at Bobo Boutique has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
2. What's your return policy?
Our products are personalized for each customer. Hence, we are unable to cancel or make refunds to orders once placed. Orders are designed/processed immediately, and cannot be canceled.
All sales are final and products may not be refunded, exchanged or returned, except as expressly permitted in the Terms and Conditions in the event of;
- (a) you received the in-correct item
- (b) the product was broken or damaged at the time of delivery,
Cancelations are possible if the personalized product is not printed. Sometimes orders get printed/customized before we can process the cancelation. So if you still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund or replace the product. You won’t be asked to pay the shipping fees in this case.
5. Do you offer exchanges?We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
